Pain in the inguinal area with no lump?

This has been going on since like 2016. The best diagnosis so far has been the chiropractor saying I have a degenerative disc in the L5-S1 region but looking it up on the internet it doesn't really say it can cause pain in the front like I'm experiencing. Opinions? It's so weird too, it can just totally go away without me really doing anything and most times I don't even realize the pain went away until maybe a little later.

Have you tried non surgical treatments? The spine is connected to everything so it makes sense that you’re starting to feel pain in different places. It’s good to know where it’s actually coming from so you can fix that first.

Well the best I felt was when I went to the chiropractor once a week to get my back cracked and decompressed.

Never really have pinpointed the cause though because when you have a hammer everything looks like a nail if you know what I mean. One doctor said hernia, another said pinched nerve, the chiropractor said S1-L5

But yeah basically everyone i see says something different.
