Little lump in armpit?

Hello, so two weeks ago a lump suddenly appeared in my armpit that feels hard and is shaped like a pea. When it first appeared it hurt a lot specially when i would move my arm or raise it. After a few days it stopped hurting but it’s still there but i feel like it has decreased in size a little. Is it concerning or do I give it another week to see if it goes away on its own?

You most likely have a cyst, so I suggest you see a Doctor as soon as possible. My sister had one a couple years ago, and she waited too long. They had to pack in a wick into her armpit.

Give another week and you're going to be in even more pain and it will get bigger.

This can be an epidermoid cyst, lipoma, dermatofibroma, swollen lymph node or even hernia. Although most of these are harmless, it is worth going to the doctor.

Never consult randoms on the internet if you have a concerning health issue because for every person that it's nothing to worry about, and things are just fine, you could be the one where it is not. See your doc.

If it was just a lump I'd be concerned but it being red looks like the start of a zit or an ingrown hair.

I'd go on the side of safety, go to your Doctor and get it checked out, could be nothing, but if not, it's better to know sooner than later.
