emotions are "real things". there are simple realities... we have memories of emotions... including all the way into our bodies... so that if we have to survive, the response is instant! Well, a panic attack would be something that triggers a memory that sends you into fight/flight/freeze... my guess is it was freeze. I wonder if this could be creative as well. For example, I've never been attacked by a shark... but I've seen the videos. If Imagine a shark coming jumping out in my house, I might panic. Lastly, there may be mental illness that make this prevalent... not sure. consult experts.
so it's that simple. what causes it... unresolved emotion from the past and a current "trigger" that reminds you of that. Some people I think are more susceptible than others. I think if you watch WWI veteran videos you'll see people in stages of panic attacks. Very human.
Here's something fun to observe... peoples eye color and projection can change with emotion! They may look older, younger, different color eyes.

People can get them with no prior attacks. Usually it's an event or feelings that made them really sad or an upcoming event or fears
It comes from someone experiencing a lot of stress, anxiety, or some kind of trauma. For example, if I already have anxiety towards people and I'm put into a situation where I have to deal with multiple people all at once, I will more than likely get so scared to the point to where I have one of these. For some people, it's for other things.
It can happen to anyone and can be triggered by different things. If the person is experiencing a lot of stress/anxiety/trauma then it might cause one. For me, I have emetophobia so sometimes I will have a panic attack if I feel like I might be getting unwell or someone around me is unwell which is just one example of the thousands

Panic attack just happens when someone needs to chill out panicking is over reacting nothing is ever that bad it’s not the end of the world 🌎 those people who panic like that will one day get heart problems and other physical problems because of having emotions emotions don’t make anybody stronger or healthier emotions are why stress happens and is why people feel anxiety and other feelings those people that freak out like that with be the ones to lose there hair when they get older stress or tripping out causes hair to turn grey and eventually fall out
Yes, it can happen to anyone. It’s just the mind becoming overwhelmed and causing physical symptoms to get you to take time out. Everyone has their limits to what they can take. It’s not a sign of weakness.
Probably things far outside of the comfort zone. For example, I'm not a very emotional person. I am classically trained in guitar and piano and trained vocally. I have done concerts with 100 or so people in the audience with no problem. But if Paul and Ringo asked me to get up on stage with them and perform Beatles classics I'm pretty sure I'd have a major panic attack.
Stress, a lot of caffeine, and lack of sleep, mine came from no reason and I have been on disability since age 21 cause of panic attacks and generalized panic disorder, Schizoaffective, and Bipolar disorder.
