I definitely do..
Why would you? I got out of bed and got dressed this morning. That's an accomplishment in itself!
Do they want a medal? I did a 15 mile run this morning. Yeah, I had to go to the kitchen and flip my kettle on. That, my friend; takes dedication at 4am!

No, because it'd obnoxious and conceited to brag about that. Let the results brag for themselves. People will mention your improved physique to you, and you'll look like a boss just actung cool about it when they do. Bragging is a piece-of-shit move. I'll never do it even though I probably can do more than over half the people replying to this post.

No, but sometimes I get excited about certain achievements and share them with my friend who also shares theirs with me.

You're shortening your life, to leave a more handsome corpse. Which the hospital will harvest for organs, and the gravedigger might even give you a quick buttfucking before burying you.
Not saying you go obese, and unhealthy. But there is a line between living a life, and being a gym rat.

I take it you had bad experiences building muscle?
+1 yI love it when women do this. There is so much stigma and bad advice that keeps women out of the gym and it annoys me so much. If more girls see women who are confident in the gym and in their own bodies then maybe they will learn to enjoy the journey to getting fit. This can apply to men as well, but the biases are not as bad for us.
To answer the question, I do not brag about my fitness accomplishments because I like to let the results speak for themselves.

10 ReplyI don't brag but after losing 56 lbs in 3 months a lot of people (mostly of the opposite sex) would tell me I lost weight and/or I look great. My response was always a humble thank you
