What is your favourite gym equipment?

I love the elliptical.

My favourite gym equipment is a barbell because of its versatility for training multiple and different body parts and muscle groups, including chest, back, shoulders, arms, biceps, thighs, calf, glut, and triceps.

Using the barbell, I perform the following exercises:

1. Squat

2. Deadlift

3. Barbell Bench Press

4. Barbell Overhead Press

5. Barbell Bend Over Row

6. Barbell Bicep Curl

7. Barbell Front Raise

I like the long barbell and do rack pulls. It keeps my back strong, sharp, epic and fit with nice V-Tapes that looks like chin crimson of timmy turner cartoon...

Lat pulldown cable tower, because that movement is hard to train in other ways. Sure, you can do pullups, but then you're using your entire body weight, which is a bit much starting out.

Elliptical is boring for me—the same thing with running. I just ran, and I never got the runners high. I love free weights and doing pull-ups.

My favorite part of the gym are all the machines related to the lower part of the body because of the most difficult one to get stronger
