4-4.5 mph is a fast walk speed. 5 mph is generally considered a slow jog. So, 60 minutes/5 = 12 minute mile.

If you are reasonable fit and run you can bang out a single mile in like 6-7 minute range. If you are doing distance running you might pace at like 10 minute miles on average.

6-7 min is good
