Keep practicing bro haha

It’s hard to do them with the right side half-paralysed. Splits practically kill me; after stretching a lot, I ache. Mind not calling me bro? I want to be non-binary, but I thing bra or dude can be for any gender.

Im sorry to hear that. Ohh i didn't know, yea sure dude

It’s OK. Not Your fault.

+1 yI think I may have some muscle tightness in my upper body, as I train often and don't always stretch out some muscles there, as there's a lot of different parts, heads, etc.
As for my lower body, I can touch my toes and do front splits on both sides and almost do the side splits too, but for the latter, I've been stuck on a plateau for years and can't go down all the way.

I can't do the splits, so I'm not THAT flexible, but I could suck my own dick if I really wanted to (I don't want to 🤮).

I'm still pretty limber, the addition of full-time work, house and kids definitely has had its effect on my exercise routines and such. All worth it, but there's only so many hours in a day :-)

Thank you for the MHO:)
It seemed like a stretch to get it, but I am very grateful :-)

Martial arts are awesome, my Friend took taekwondo, and he told me there is a challenge someone has to pass to upgrade to the next level of training (If I remember he told me in level 7) you have to face someone with a a sword trying to cut you, 😆 you have to get on him/her bloke him/her take the sword and put him/her under your control.
