What does it mean if your feet are always cold?

I'd bet money on it being low iodine and the co-factors it needs like selenium, and magnesium. I used to have the same problem for years and it was gone after I started supplementing iodine. Read the book 'Iodine Why You Need it' by David Brownstein. Supplementing incorrectly can cause thyroid damage, but done correctly it will improve your health, life, and reduce your risk of multiple cancers. I've been supplementing for decades now. Doctors don't know anything about iodine... and they don't want to. It could bankrupt them...
Interesting! Thanks! I love seaweed!!!
If you crave seaweed, it could be your body trying to get the iodine from it. But there isn't enough due to the competing halides in our environment and life. This makes the RDA of iodine a complete joke..
RDA!
That was supposed to be a? Not an!
Go have a ”””””Nutient Test ””””done. Some say ””””””micro Nutrient””””””. That is what 1 needs. This finds out what the body is low on minerals and or vitamins.
Testing that we can use can help tremendously. You will learn what and why the blood circulation is doing and not doing as delivery process, to digestion.
- many other testing can be done.
Hang out more at at Alternative Food store of were gluten allergy organic foods are more of this is an are 1 can learn from certified managers in body and mind care.
Remember - nutrition of vitamins and minerals are beneficial and so is healthy ph water
- if you own a home have a softener system installed. Many areas of water are not as healthy as 1 would think. Have a brita or a Pur faucet unit on or a fridge container this will help you understand healthy water and not as healthy. 1 can buy a test swab showing from a color change on a paper diagram sold in Walgreens. Understanding what is and what is not.
You need better socks.
If the temperature drops your body concentrates on heating the important bits at the expense of hands and feet. In some people heat is pulled away earlier than need be
I wonder why? Thanks poppy
There are several different medical issues that can cause this. Ask your doctor next time you go in.
You don’t have numbness too do you? That you would want to call about today.
Occasional numbness on my back. But no, not on my feet
Who goes to the doctor? 😏
Yeah yeah. Feel free to remind me whenever too. 😎
You bet sweet lady 😁

It means you need socks. 🤔
Maybe a little cardio workout to keep the circulation going.
Diabetics have this problem, but having cold feet doesn't mean you're diabetic.
I put my slippers on first thing when I get home. Even if I just worked all day in the heat.
Today I just returned from a 5 hour long kayak trip and straight from the hot shower to the slippers it was.
I’m not diabetic…
I even wore my winter issue boots last time I was in the desert
You should probably get that checked by your doc.
I’ve been this way for years! 😆 I’m the worst bed partner. 😏
Not as long as you trim your toenails... 😂
Nails trimmed 👍
Feet cold as a corpse
For me the cause was living in poverty and not having a properly heated or insulated home.
Right now my feet are warm and its October. I live in central Europe.
Awesome 👏
Possible poor circulation.
You may want to get it checked.
There could be some potential health issues you might be able to correct.
It could mean iron deficiency or other nutrient deficiencies
I never had that so I would go visit the doctor to see what the issue is.
Bad circulation, anemia or compression of nerves
I do have nerve damage… hmmm
Iron deficiency or poor circulation problems.
Poor blood circulation.
Summer is over, hot feet are no fun
