Do you have cold feet and hands?

Question

Unlike my hands, my feet weren't cold before but these days freeeeeezing cold. 😑😑 I hate them 😦😧😱
I'm wearing fluffy sleeping socks right now but hmm still feeling the cold :(
My hands are cold too lol so I feel like I have to sit on them for sec before touch someone lol or something. 😅😅😅

Same experience... except when I do sports, so I think it's a circulation issue. I've had it since I was a kid.
Not that my feet are permanently cold, but they easily get cold.
However, since you say you didn't have it before, do you think it's due to the lower temperature?
I ask this since the reason could also be a tight clothe or even your bureau chair which restricts your circulation. Do you see anything that could cause this?

Generally no. In fact, my hands are often too warm.

That second meme reminded me of my wife. Her hands and feet were often cold, and her remedy was to jam them under me. She was petite. I think it had something to do with being small.

Yep, I always have very cold feet and hands. Even when Im wearing gloves or socks, if I take them off. And shake hands with someone or something they are always super cold. My mum said when I was born there was an issue with my body temperature and it's still happening till this day. In fact it's not just my feet and hands. I can wear sweaters and jumpers and layer a bunch of blankets in summer cause I feel cold. I'm weird I know lol

my hands get really cold after a while and i have to breath on my hands or warm it with my laptops exhaust/transformer, not sure about my feet though, i dont wear slippers or any exposing footwear in cold places, kinda weird though my bf likes cold hands o. o

I inherited this thing from my mother where my hands would pretty much always be cold - even if I'm somewhere with normal room temperature. I don't get why it's so. Maybe my blood's cold? :D

Yeah I have cold feet. Absolutely HATE it! But women are known for their poor blood circulation so yeah our feet usually get colder than the guys.
