Do you often get sick in the winter time?

I'm fighting off a cold and on top of that a dreadful stomach bug. Been throwing up since 5:00 am 😞

Sorry to hear, perhaps you should check into getting more vitamin C and D during the winter as that helped me go from getting sick every winter to almost never. Get well soon!

Yeah, I was going to suggest that. I’ve been taking vitamin D regularly for the past few years. Now, I rarely get sick. I also exercise regularly, which boosts the immune system.

Ah depends on how run down I get. Usually a slight cold or sniffles.

I used to. Now that I take better care of myself, I rarely get sick. When I do get sick, it’s not as severe as it used to be for me.

Practically never, I don't like to go out much in winter. The stomach bug is probably noro.

Not always, but usually when I do get sick it is in the winter, but the last time I got sick, it was late spring.

Oh I love winter personally - the only downsides are winter flu and sickness, sure. Yet at least there's weaker sun : 😎🌞

@dnice1 to me, in life, given certain skin tone types (like mine) and or the sun's strength (sigh) - "a person in this life is either a beach person, or they're not a beach person" - ⛱️ 🏖️ I'm not a beach person - though I don't mind walks by it or near it, with sunscreen briefly, or in winter months in a coat 🧥
