How to find out my accurate height?

Everytime I measure myself I get different results. Sometimes I'm 5'2 and then I'm 5'3.

That's because, quite literally, your height changes during the day...

When you are awake and upright, your spine is supporting all the weight above it and so the spongy disks between each of the bones of your spine get compressed due to that weight.

While you are asleep, you are horizontal and so gravity is not pressing down on you in the same way. So, when you are asleep, your spine relaxes and those disks in your spine gradually decompress. This means, you are actually getting taller.

So, if you measure your height when you first get up, you will be taller than if you measured your height at the end of the day because, early in the day, gravity hasn't had much time to compress those disks, but, by the end of the day, gravity will have done a lot of work and those disks will be significantly compressed.

SO...
What you should do is measure your height at the same time each day for a few days to get an average.
I'd suggest around midday - like 2 PM because you've been up for a few hours but not going to bed for a few hours... So, your midday height is like your "average height".

go to the doctor and make sure you take your shoes off and where your hair down so ponytails or buns dont get in the way

Stand barefoot against a door frame and have someone mark your height with a pencil, than measure it.
