Nope. I don't take any meds either. In fact, the longer I stay away from doctors, the longer I remain healthy.

I was sick 2 years ago for the first time in 10 years and my doctor said, "I think YOU will do better if we leave you alone." 😂

My kids too. Only 1 had an antibiotic as a child. The pediatrician used to ask what we were doing because my kids were never sick either.

No, I don't get sick very often.
Either spending a lot of time on a farm growing up, all my years in the fire service, and taking standard precautions washing my hands often, gloves etc. I don't get sick very often, and when I do get sick it doesn't last very long.
