Beyond a common cold, I almost never get sick. I've been at my current job for almost eight years and in that time, I've only had to miss work twice because of being sick.

Thank goodness I have a fairly good immune system: I rarely get sick. I've even managed to avoid covid so far!
Worse case, I might get the sniffles, sore throat, or coughing/sneezing, but nothing to where I have to miss work.
The last time I missed work due to sickness was about...3-4 years ago? When I had a bad 48 hour bug. I texted my boss on a Sunday afternoon saying I wasn't feeling well and I might miss work the next day. Because of my track record, my boss didn't ask any questions because she knew I never missed work; that's how bad it was.
I got food poisoning this last year (2021) but outside that I was not sick in 2021 at all. no flu no nothing. I think I had a sore throat occasionally but I had morning throat a lot and I get morning throat frequently. beyond that, I don’t get sick more than once every other year or so. keep in mind before I got the flu shot my entire family got the flu one Christmas. I believe in 2018.
When I was younger, I rarely got sick. Now I get sick pretty easy and its pretty severe due to having other health issues. It takes me longer to get over things.
The thing that makes me the most sick, is I was diagnosed a few years ago with something called Heat intolerance, getting too hot makes me deadly sick really easy. I've spent a week in the hospital just cause I got too hot at my work.
I seriously didn't think that was a real thing until doc told me that.
I hardly ever get sick. But the catch is that when I do it's like my body has to make up for all the times I should have been sick. So things are never as simple as a head cold or the flu. I get to go to the hospital and get a stupid amount of tests ran to figure out what the hell is going on and have gotten the kind of crap that is rare enough it can stump doctors.

I haven’t been sick since around 2016 other than a cold that lasts less than 3 days but I had liver issues from stress and anxiety and that took around 3-4 years to improve and I also had periodic heart burn for around half a year which disappeared with rest and supplement and dietary improvement.
Hardly ever. Even when my kids get sick I never usually get it
healthy immune system
@Still-alive surprising considering I don’t take care of myself😂
I usually got sick once a year back when I was in school. Now it's really not often.
I get chronic sinus infections and ear infections.
I'm always sick, lol.
I don't miss work because of it.
I've only missed work when i had pink eye+sinus infection. That was for 2 weeks.
I usually just go to work feeling like crap.
As an adult, seldom. I have had an actual flu twice in my adult life. Otherwise, I might catch a cold once every three years.
I credit my never having had kids coming home for those germ factories known as schools for my seldom being sick.
I haven't been sick for a while but I get a lot of sinus conditions that make me feel sick I do pray a lot and I believe that will help me, I know I got to do my best on my own and don't rely on God to always bring me through but I do my best
I rarely get sick. It’s rare that I get the flu, stomach flu, etc.. It’s maybe 1x a year that I get a cold. I haven’t gotten covid yet either.
I typically seasonal allergies though.
Other than a cold back in December (that I wouldn't have gotten if my sister didn't bring her dirty-ass kids around), I believe hadn't had any sicknesses since before covid hit.
It's been over 15 years since I had a cold or been sick. I've worked through the plandemic around people that were sick too. One of the reasons why people get sick is iodine deficiency...
I used to get sick every winter. I would get a cold in October and be sick until February. Some years it would become bronchitis and one winter I found out that I had pneumonia. I have not been sick in 4 or 5 years.
I literally never get sick. My family gets strep throat usually 3 times a year and I’ve only had it twice from them. I’ve also only had the flu once. Other than that, I’m a very healthy child.
I never get sick I haven't been sick in over 7 years. I have an amazing immune system that's very strong I've never taken antibiotic for anything because it only tears your immune system down.
Interestingly, since I began wearing masks 2 years ago, its pretty rare I get sick. Usually 1x or 2x per year though.
it is rare... unless I do not watch my diet, stress and sleeping hours, then my digestive system will get quite upset
Very rarely. I have the immune system of young Magic Johnson😝
I am pretty bullet proof, so about once every 2 or 3 years.
I feel like crap for about a day or two then I am better.
I never get sick and I can't remember the last time I have. Maybe ten years ago.
Aside from the 5 or 6 times I caught common viruses in the past 15 or so years, I got sick once.
I rarely feel "under the weather" but I might have just jinxed myself for saying that.
Once or twice a year I get properly sick. This year I had some kind of gastro-enteritis. And I felt sick after my second and third corona shots, but that doesn't really count.
Hardly ever because of my constant eating schedule of healthy food items. Pound the protein sources to you, and over time you will feel amazing even if you are somewhat on the chunky size.
I get sick at least once every 3 weeks. It could be anything. One time I could have a fever and muscle pains. The next I could be vomiting and unable to eat. I have always gotten sick this much.
I'm like you besides a cold every so often I haven't had anything but the flu. That was probably 12-13 or more years ago now.
I sometimes catch a cold inside three years, but I never catch anything serious. My parents and my sister caught Covid and I didn’t.
I rarely get sick but I usually get sick once a year for a couple of days during winter.
Never.
Even when I do I’m not a cry baby about it. I got knocked out unconscious and I was at work a few hours later
I don’t get sick really anymore. The worse I get is a cold
Not often. It's kinda disturbing how I can eat out of date food and still nothing.
Had a two day head cold last week. Before that maybe 2-3 years. Haven't had the flu in 25 years or so.
I get a cold ever winter sometimes flu but this year flu hit me harder than normal
Every month there is something new , i am kinda sick of this now due to a lot of anxiety 🙂
I have not been sick since this whole covid crap started.
I'm very OLD... so I am terminally ill... 71 and counting the days...
I don't get sick that often, but I do get hospitalized every time I do.
rarely , no cold for 15 years or longer , flu once , and no covid
Once a year! I'm pretty blessed in that regard
Not too often thankfully. Once every few years.
Maybe once a year tops
Not often at all, which is great.
I've only been sick a couple times in my life.
Very rarely.
actually never *knock on wood*
I get a cold often 🤧
Come March it will have been 2 years
I get sick a lot. My immune system is shot.
At the most maybe twice a year for a day
Not that often.
Rarely.
Barely get sick
