I don't get colds and flu's anymore and haven't for many years.

However, I have a medical condition that is kicking my butt every single day and it makes me feel sick 🤢 every day and night. Sometimes the symptoms it causes me are unbearable to live with, but I still show up here every single day.

I try to hide it here with my GaG family because I know that I can still make a positive contribution and to help other people who send me DMs behind the scenes.

Maybe 6 times a year. More if I'm traveling often. It's usually It's a cold or a stomach bug. I'm more likely to get a cold if I haven't been getting enough sleep for a while.

I teach at a college and I usually get sick two or three weeks after the start of school in September and i am usually sick until after Christmas. My doc tells me I keep getting reinfected.
