Do you get sick around the same time every year?

I just went through some of my records and saw that I usually get sick around February August November and December
And my records for one place goes back all the way to 2011
I'm sick now and this is the around about time I get sick mid-November to Mid-December. I feel like it's not my fault if I keep seeing this pattern.
Do you get sick around the same time every year?
