How do you generally feel right after you wake up?

I could go anywhere from 6 to 9am... depending on the workload for that morning

and I usually wake up feeling just a bit wonky but not that bad really, which is why I always go straight the shower and take the coldest one possible, that will always wake me up and get me going for the rest of the day, lol

I haven't no... but we have extremely hot summers down here, and the winters are not that cold really

I do hear that you can get sick from cold showers yes but... it has not happened to me

During the week I’ll generally get up for work around 3:30am and I don’t feel to bad. It’s part of my daily routine, you just get used to it.

At the weekends, I’ll usually get up between 7:00 and 7:30am. Once I’m awake I have to get up, I just can’t lay in bed wasting the day. I like to make the most of it.

I get up normally at around 8 or 9 am. I normally am kind of out if it a bit at first. Coffee and a hot shower makes me wake up fully

I get woken up by my wife BJ at 7am. Greatest way to start the day.

I get up around 6am. I lie in bed for a few seconds and try to empty my mind. I get up about 5 minutes later and start with a cup of coffee
