How does it make sense im lazy to blend uo a smoothie and preferto walk to the grocery so im not lazy? Lazy for 1 thing but not the other?

Depression and anxiety are often causes of that kind of behavior. But it is also often merely habit. If you will force yourself to start making your own smoothies, food, etc. eventually it'll be habit, and it will be easier to just do that than to go to a store.
