Girls, What does sharp pain in boob indicate?

Right after my period finished, my breasts started being sore which is unusual since it only happens during my PMS.

But not only that, my right boob is in pain for days, a sharp pain that comes and goes all the time, it just feels like someone is stabbing me there.

I'm scared, what could this mean? Could this be a pregnancy sign?
