Anyone else get seasonal depression?

Our ancestors knew all about winter blues. Damn they were lucky if they had some potatoe soup in the winter. That's why they brought living trees int he house at Chrismtas,. Today I bought some oranges and poked some cloves in them and put them over the fireplace. 100% guaranteed mood lifter..

I used to but not anymore. Right now I am just grieving but dealing with it to the best of my abilities.

I used to get depressed during the winter solstice and it would last a month sometimes. But not anymore.

I know a friend that gets really sad around the holidays. It's more common than you think

Not as it's diagnosed. I'll usually get down right after Christmas, but not something major.

I don’t know about depression but I am definitely more upbeat when it is warmer.
