Like for me, a warm sip of coffee , taking my dog for a walk, getting together with old friends, enjoy long walks on the beach at sunset , to travel 😊

I like surprising people. Was at the hospital last night and the doctor kept trying to tell me I was having an anxiety attack because nobody in the situation I was in could be so calm. So I hooked my finger into one of those machines in the hallway and when he saw my resting heart rate after walking in the hall way with him was 64bpm. Let's just say he didn't feel the need to sugar coat things after that.

Lmao jk I do have an insanely low resting heart rate though
