What's the perfect weight for a 5'9 tall adult male of medium frame?

Not weight. 30-31 inch waist 40-44 chest. Thin and long muscle lines. More like a runner than football player.
If you manage yourself properly one css as n add 1-2 inch Taller perception to height. Clothes…no breaks are important too

No perfect weight. And avoid BMI charts. I'm 6'2 and 196-199 (varies throughout the week). According to BMI I'm overweight. My 32" waist and under 10% body fat say otherwise.
