What do you consider an average body weight for a 5'9 tall medium-framed adult male?

Depends on the build. Skinny, lesan , muscular, athletic etc. I'm more 5'0 I'm currently at 170lbs ish. But I also work out and an trying to put on more muscles. i think I'd be grat at 175- 180lbs. I'd say for you 155-165 is good. For a average person.

For medium framed I would say 180ish. My brothers are that height and they are pretty lean, both of them are around 160 to 170

at 5'9 you should be about 190lbs maybe 187 at the lowest
