Yes, I am much stronger. I used to deadlift 550 pounds and used to curl 60 pounders, not that long ago. And my biceps aren't nearly that small. But I've grown tired of the gym nowadays. I hate going there.
And no, I am not "making it a contest" or anything. Just stating a fact. Curling 20 pounds is not very impressive at all for a man. Hell, most women can do that. And you're not even doing it ten times, which is the standard; you're doing eight.

Seeing this after what I said just makes me want to point and yell, "SEE!!!" The pictures are just driving the point home hard.
Yes by quite a bit, but why really care as long as you are healthy and happy?
I can lift 20lbs with one arm but that’s about it, but there isn’t a “same” option. i’m not strongest in my arms as opposed to my legs where i can press 150

I'm not trying to be mean... but I've seen girls lift more. 20lbs is like on par with my 11 year old. I'm just starting him out and I'd expect he can lift much more than that by the time he starts growing hair in strange places. 😂
@kamilekk Damn, my 11-year-old is almost 5'...3 quarters off. You sound really really small for a dude... like midget size. I could literally lift you with one arm. He's 80lbs and I know I can pick him up still. You sure about these numbers? That's just really really small. I find it just really hard to believe.
... and you're 18 years old?
@kamilekk Nah man, 3'2" isn't normal at all. That's like really small. I'm a short dude and I'm 180cm or around 5'10".
@kamilekk Dwarfism... now it makes sense. My kid is 11 and he's just around 5 feet, just measured him a couple of minutes ago. Once the kid goes through puberty I'm guessing he'll end up in between 6 to 7 feet tall... just like the other kids did. Me, 40 years old, and suffered starvation as a kid... so I'm only 5'10".
@kamilekk Yeah... his feet are already as big as mine. ... starts the weight training tomorrow, the little dude is going to end up looking like a beast. My other kids are over 6 feet but I have a feeling about this kid.
@kamilekk Yeah you're more on par with my grandchild to be honest... he's still under 1 and not walking yet. My feelings about my kid is he's going to be towering over me once he grows up. The dude is big for his age... but not even near mature. I think he's going to be like me and not hit puberty until around 17.
@kamilekk 3' is really small. Like I can imagine your problems in life have been the opposite to mine... stuff like having to hunch over just to do dishes... you'd probably have to stand on a stool. This place I'm currently living in and the places in Japan really felt like they were made for someone much shorter. Like, for reals the kitchen sink is literally down at my crotch.
@kamilekk Not bad... just the cards we're dealt I guess. He's already at 80lbs, so I'm sure he'll be around 200lbs in time or more, because that's what I am at 5'10".
@kamilekk Maybe... he's really weak still in my opinion. He's just a ball of energy that starts running back and forth like a weirdo at this point. He still struggles with anything heavy. To put it into perspective he'll struggle with a gallon of water when I just grab 4 gallons with one hand and at least 40 to 60 lbs of bullshit in the other hand. He's going to be my work in progress when it comes to muscle because he's really not on the smart side of things... that's his flaw. Diagnosed with autism, and non-verbal... I think this is going to be my only link with him... teaching him how to lift a car when he needs to.
I train 7 times a week.
3 times is strength training.
I lift my own body.
I do 32 sets per session.
Train calisthenics. Used to chin ups with an 8kg weight vest for 4 sets of 10/12, same with pull ups. Made my biceps pretty strong
No I don't think I could
Yeah my biceps are bigger than yours
D. Nope, no way.
I can curl a lot more then that
