I don't think it I know I am physically strong on some super man type of jump off I just don't rock no cape lol my timberland boots and fitted hat with silk Gucci boxers 🤣🤣🤣🤣... no forreal mentally wise I'm common sense and smart at figure whatever situation out but I'm insane when it comes to working I stay making money I stay focused on my family and family values and all that my daughter keeps me on my toes that how I get up every day it's all about her future aslong she and the family happy I'm good and I'm not going to lie I got a big heart il help out my family and friends but if I get crossed as in used / betrayed one time that it that person getting the cold shoulder from me the only loved one is aloud to mess up with me unlimited times is my daughter lol! because that's my daughter but sooo far with all the spoiling her sense she was born she became like the perfect teen she picking out what top colleges too go too and she just Soo smart real talk I trust her on any decision she wants too make if she fails at anything which she won't but I'm just saying if she did il be there to fix it nomatter how old she gets right or wrong I got her back... I always stay busy by training I just spar and box for fun training others at the boxing gym and working out and just working I stay working it calms me and keeps me level headed I always remember that thinking negative negative thoughts on any kind of drama from past to present does no body and my any good :)... if anything does Pop off in that drama I'm ready on standby lol but forreal just live life however anyone wants aslong u or anyone getting not getting hurt just go for it because time will fly by one day u will wake up out of bed like DAmN wait I'm almost 40 years old wtf LoL nah u want to wake up like damnnn i still still look Good lol everyone deserves to be happy/strong/forever healthy 🥰🥰🥰😂💪🏽!

Physically, I guess my Sumo deadlift is okay, but my upper body strength is crappy AF, I think.

Mentally, I do stand up for myself and put myself in situations where I know people will say shit to me, based off of how I look, but I guess I'm strong enough to not care, although I have a hard time getting over things from ages ago.

I'd say I'm weak for the most part, but it's kind of hit and miss, strong at some, weak and others.

I am both. But physically strong in terms of pain tolerance and the ability to bounce back from serious injuries. Of course that comes from having a lot of painful experiences through out the years and several serious injuries. So some my say it's not a posative thing.

For a 45 year old guy I'm very physical and workout a lot so I'm quite strong. Also considering some of the things I've been through in my childhood and adult life I'm definitely mentally strong, what doesn't kill you definitely makes you stronger.
