Nope. The bigger your body, the harder your heart has to work to supply that big body with oxygen and nutrients... Taller people on average generally die younger than shorter people.
@Ksjzjf I don’t think it’s the muscle… The studies I’ve looked at more so seem to indicate that people without the muscle suffer from deconditioning and obesity. Typically if you have muscle mass, you exercise more often than those who don’t develop the muscle mass… Loss of muscle mass is also one of the most frequent problems observed in patients hospitalized in the ICU. It's not that the muscle makes you more healthy, it's that you have a reserve of protein on your bones when you are starving for it... Carbohydrates provide most of the calories when it comes to intravenous feeding. So the more muscle reserves you have, the more time you buy yourself to get better. None the less bigger bodies (i. e. obesity) and taller frames tax the heart more and lead to higher caloric intake which promotes various types of cancer and taxes the kidneys.
If you do strength training and some cardio you are much more likely to be healthy and live longer. It also reduces stress and cholesterol which makes a big difference in health.

It helps, but there are other factors at play as well: genetics and environmental which are difficult or impossible to control.
Tall and strong men live better/healthier lives, I'm sure. Height is the key indicator of good genetics for men.
On would think so.
Yes, because I take care of myself.
