Obviously, I'm trying to stop the bad habit... I'm resorting to 'conditioned response' in order to control myself. I tried the rubberband snapping on the wrist thing, but I'm horrible at policing myself in matters that I feel do not harm others. I know there's people with kids out that that use this method and I as a father looked into it a long time ago because one of my kids was chewing on his shirts.
