a lot more than I used to. Maybe like 3 or 4 times a day. It's concerning since diabetes does run in my family. But I used to pee like once a day. But to be fair I had a fairly physical job that I don't think keeps me hydrated enough. I cramp a lot in the summer months.

OMG, I've honestly never counted, or paid enough attention to tell you exactly. probably 5 or 6 times a day? but I drink a lot of water during the day.

Depends on what I'm doing... If I'm laying in bed and don't feel like getting up, then probably twice a day. If I'm up and moving, at least 6-7 times a day
