Ladies, what's the worse thing about being pregnant?

I'm on my first trimester right now. Its rough.

Never been pregnant but I can’t tell it’s the getting used to the weight, and then having to adjust when it’s all suddenly gone.

Moods can be one thing as well.

Make sure you’re remaining positive

or get out a list of all the possible negative things out the way so then when it’s all done you can say it won’t be like that, or you can think of ways to solve/combat those concerns, and see and realize others have combatted those concerns before too, so that when the baby does come you’ll be TOTALLY expecting lol and happy and positive about it.

Consider taking a lot of vitamin C after the birth and I don't know watching some comedy. Maybe some affection with your partner or loved ones to boost endorphins, and ensure you don’t feel negative.

I guess that part is possibly normal? I would just root for not having that lol so everything can be smooth and positive.

Eating lots of healthy calories will be great for the baby, if you’d like to try. I mean, the sacrifice will be worth it in the long run. I think many of the foods you eat also, while being pregnant can help boost the chances they will like those foods as a toddler, trying it for the first time themselves.

Staying active will help boost mood and help the body prep for the delivery.

In the delivery, walking and standing allows gravity to help do most of the work and then you can do some pushing to hoist the baby closer and closer to retrieval.

Remember, babies are wonderful, and you are Magnificent!

Possibly checking to see how other moms do in recovery, may help you not to feel alone in the process? Totally unsure on the last part, but worth a try.

Oh yeah! Def not a problem!

And I saw the most helpful opinion just now, and I’d like to add using some butter creams/ oils or something like that (there’s a specific kind) will be most helpful in the tummy stretching process. When the skin is super elastic and moisturized/ hydrated- it should mean less aches, comfortable skin, and probably less marks as well. The marks are under the surface of the skin and I think are tears? Idek tbh

the creams will help for sure!

Receiving comments from random strangers, like:

-whether your size is appropriate (when people asked how far along I was, they’d start saying my stomach is too small and I must not be eating enough)

-whether or not you’re doing things right with the pregnancy (one day I was limping because of a pinched nerve from the baby and a random woman in the store said something like that’s what I get for trying to lift heavy stuff while pregnant and now I’ve hurt myself)

-And then there was the group of guys who started laughing and pointing when they drove by me in a car when I was very far along (one of them shouted “You look like you’re about to burst!)

Worst thing for me was morning sickness...
in the final trimester it was the trying to get comfortable sleeping, they told me not to sleep on my back because It could cause stillbirths but that was like the only way I could sleep... baby was fine.

I thought the first trimester was always the hardest. Your body is going through a LOT of changes really fast. The sickness, the exhaustion, and the waiting are all taxing.

I loved the rest until month 9. Then there is a lack of sleep, walking is hard, feeling like a blimp, and waiting again. It's a very long month. I slept better after the baby was born.

The lumbering around at the end like a giant elephant and not being able to manage normal things. You're pretty helpless. Hated that.

In the middle, you normally have loads of energy and the morning sickness passes and you're not huge. But at the end. Lord love a duck. You wonder why pregnancy can't end at month 5!

But the hard part is after the baby is born. Many years of many changes. Compared to that, pregnancy is a breeze!! Good luck, though!!!
