I recently took a subscription to a sauna & swimmingpool complex (7 different sauna rooms, a swimmingpool and roof terrace), and even on "swimwear allowed" times, most guests (both men and women) still choose to use the facilities naked. Last time I was there (2 days ago) was on "swimwear allowed" time, and only about 15% of guests at that time were not naked. Me, I really hate swimwear...

For covering required, it's no different than the beach or a pool, so no worries.
