Narcissism splitting vs Borderline Personality Disorder Splitting. How can you know the difference between Npd and Bpd splitting?

I've been seeing a guy for 6 months. He has both traits of Npd and Bpd. I know they can overlap. I have been reading about splitting in both disorders. How can i determine which he is?

Npd = manipulates you to extract resources and affection etc, is not a real person, love bombing, lies, flattery, gas lighting. Is entirely 100% utterly incapable of EVER being wrong about anything, will explode into narcisstic rage when shown to be wrong.

Bpd = I hate you, don't leave me. Bat shit crazy, blows hot and cold, WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE LEAVING or complain that YOU are leaving, a narcissist doesn't tell you about their plans they just leave and take all your stuff with them. Thrives in chaos.

Now I know and have lived with both Npd and Bpd and I never heard of 'splitting' before in my life, so quite obviously it is not a major factor and most likely the reason you are failing to tell the difference between these RADICALLY different disorders is because you are hung up on this single point which means fuck all.

Why would you zero in on some aspect where there is a similarity if you are trying to tell them apart? Look at the shit that is different.

Right now you are telling me that you can't tell the difference between dogs and cats because they are both so hairy.

Can some people have Npd as well as Bpd? or can both not occur in the same person.

He seems to be more like a narcissist, but he does have compassion and empathy for some people.

All a narcissist ever does is feed their broken ego because it is not capable of being self sustaining.

There is nothing more than this, its not even a person. It is a shell which must feed, always, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, in every fucking breath, every word, every act, every waking moment is devoted exclusively to feeding itself.
