I swear I'm currently going through a second puberty. Mood swings, acne (worse than I ever had as a teen) and my boobs have grown and seem to be always sore. My skin bothers me more than anything else, trying to keep it under control but it just keeps coming back.
I've never heard of that. Do you think you went through puberty fully the first time. I've known women who had low estrogen and started getting a period. They're boobs got a little bigger. They grew a little pubic hair and armpit hair. Went to the gyno and had to take pills. Finally had their boobs increase and get full pubes

s Have you just started a new hormonal contraceptive/have you just stopped a hormonal contraceptive? Those are symptoms of hormone imbalance. I saw in one of your opinion replies that you’re not pregnant so that rules that out.
I've never heard of it but definitely talk to your doctor the next time you see him

Know a decent chunk of trans people, so yes, but beyond that hormonal flares can occur for any number of reasons, literally from what food you eat, to the people you speak to, to how sexually active you are. If it seems to be a genuine problem that continues, go to a doctor
Your body is all about preventative maintenance. Are you getting enough sleep? How is your diet? Are you washing your pillows, towels? Are you exercising at least an hour per day 5 times per week?
Gotta take care of your body.
It's not necessarily a second puberty although it could be something with hormones (that's very normal) and/or your entire endocrine system. Def a conversation with your GP.
Perhaps it's food allergies and not acne? They can produce the same symptoms on your skin and are often misdiagnosed? I feel for you - experiencing puberty once was enough, wasn't it?
If all goes well I should go through a second puberty next year. 👍

Are you pregnant? Sometimes those systems happen during pregnancy in some women.
Sounds like your hormones are out of whack. Talk with your doctor and get a hormone baseline blood draw.
