no, there is no second puberty... because you do not actually go through puberty all over again

you might be thinking of a "second growth spurt" which do happen, in some people and to an extent... but these are not puberty happening again, that's just how some people refer to it colloquially

I don’t think many people think about it but yeah I think it happens! It prob. Should be called adult puberty. In My late 20’s I feel I matured sexually
