Guys, is having a strong core means having strong abs?

Incorporates the muscle groups around the center of your body. So i think abs, but not abs exclusively... Disclaimer not a coach or an expert in anatomy so feel free to correct lol

No not necessarily. Core muscles consists of the muscles which surrounds your hip, abdominal and spinal cord. So it doesn't mean you have defined ripped abs but yes strong abs.

Mostly abs, but lower back, lats too. Everything around the stomach area. Which holds up everything else.
