I'd take amrooo seriously. The lower back is a major source of injury in sports as well as fitness training. People can get herniated disks just from twisting the wrong way. My father fucked up his lower back just but twisting his body with a heavy box. He was fucked up for life after that, no amount of chiropractic therapy helped and he lived in an almost permanent state of pain. Only smoking weed helped with it.

Deadlifts are an excellent exercise though, but it is pretty easy to throw your back if you aren't careful. This is why so many use weight belts to extend the stomach against to create a stable environment for the lower back.

Strength can very functional though. It isn't just about looks. Do you like it when your guy can pick you up and carry you to the bedroom? Do you like it when he can lift you up and change positions during a hot lovemaking? Strength helps with that. Toning down also helps with endurance and getting into certain positions for longer periods of time without cramping or muscle fatigue.

Word. My point is that strength has its functional uses. Lifting also increases testosterone, energy levels, reduces stress, and so many more benefits. It also reduces the deterioration that comes with old age.

Yeah, I can admit, lots of guys think that fitness is the end all be all to attraction and it isn't. Some guys get really arrogant about it. But if it increases a guy's confidence, why not? Sometimes achieving a goal like getting fit in and of itself is the ego boost someone needs to be sexy. It can be empowering, literally, and figuratively.
