I had a doctor use a waterpic to remove it a couple of times. I had another doc use this thing that was like a corkscrew. He screwed it into then ear wax and pulled it out in one piece. It looked like a cat turd. I have a bulb syringe and fill the sink with warm water and wash it out myself. It takes a few squirts but the wax will come out. Oddly I do not have problems with it much anymore.
I had my ear, nose & throat specialist remove wax from my ears he used a kind of vacuum device and said it was the safest way to remove the ear wax.
Thankfully no. Had a boss who did though.
As someone who get it a lot and currently have it just really awful

Thank you yeah pretty shit right now for me though I get massive fear of getting it removed and putting drops in but it won't get better unless I do one or both
