Have you ever had tinnitus in your ears and if you had, what was the reason behind it and if there is any solution, please mention it?

I started having one sound look like air or heart beats on my left ear. It comes only occasionally, especially at night and since then i feel in my right ear too but very less. I was so worried about it. I couldn't know what was the reason. I've been in hospitals and i got no solution for it. Please, i'd like to know about it. Nowadays i can't control hard sounds. It disturbs me. I do hear very well but my ears feel disturbed while hearing a huge sound. My family told me maybe headphones caused it because i was using them but some others say it's not maybe it's stress, some others say it's water and i'm confused.

My friend has that and it got much worse after several COVID shots. You should read the link below. Just understand that no Doctors will ever promote a cheap solution that cannot be patented so they always downplay it's effectiveness. I find magnesium lotion on the body to be the best way to get levels up. But MegaMag liquid is good too. Check to see if any medication you take contraindicates though:

I have it.

I went to ear Dr. and might be something they can help... e. g. remove ear wax. mine got better and came back... endless whistling.

not sure how to solve, it is annoying.

probably cost $200 or so at ear dr... negotiate their rate if no insurance.

I had magnifying oculars with very thin frames for work, those caused problems with blood circulation and I got pulsatile tinnitus at night. I took a while to figure out what the cause is.

it could be Meniere's disease, otosclerosis, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, and vascular disorders, can cause or contribute to tinnitus.

I have it too. mostly in my left ear. It rings all the time. I am used to it and it does not bother me much anymore.

I have got the same problem.. but for me from 2018 and no solution. I was glad maybe my blood pressure but there is no change after i started take meds just became impotent
