After working out hard on my glutes, my butt feels sore when I sit on them and even when I sleep lying straight too, so I have to lie down sideways. Is that normal? Am I not supposed to sit or lie on them?

I train my glutes twice a week. I stretch after every workout so I don't feel sore. The pigeon stretch is my favourite.
When I had just begun doing those exercises I would feel sore for days but now I don't.
I see, so im supposed to stretch after workout to reduce the soreness. When you felt sore for days, did you not sit or lie on your butt? haha or did you not care about it

Yeah, that happens sometimes but not often. Like twice in my life and I was an athlete...
