You say high metabolism but you can counter this by eating calorie dense foods like nuts, avocado, coconut oil, ghee, paratha bread and by adding olive oil on salads etc. But when I was skinny I would drink 100+ grams of ultra fine oats after every meal. But you won't grow well unless you also train. I recommend you buy or build an Isochain and do traditional barbell lifts (static holds) for 20 seconds with it every 2 days.

If you can't gain weight - I would be happy with what I have. A lot of 300 pound guys wish they could get down to your weight and many woman if not most woman or half of women, prefer a guy your size and height.
