Should I be worried about itching down there?

I've been going crazy over it for the past year. But it's been like this for longer than that. It gets pretty bad. No discharge either. Smells slightly... Does anyone else have the same problem, or is it just me? I have already been tested. I don't know what else to do about it. Maybe I should ignore it. Help? Any insights? I'm clueless. Should I think this is no big deal and move on like nothing is happening? I tried to switch out body wash and underwear but didn't shave there.

Have you been checked for diabetes? Pubic itching can be a sign of diabetes. Could your crotch wash be drying you out?

It does sound like diabetes, and you could have it and not even know it also they have pills that the doctor can prescribe to make it go away, most doctors will prescribe the pills and medication all depends on if it's red down there and most likely it is

Ask the doctor to give you a A1C, this will show if you are a true Diabetic

Might me some sort of infection, skin fongus or dryness. My advice is of course see a doctor, do not self medicate. Se a gino, if its a skin thing, he might refer you to a dermathologist. Go to the doctor, a year is too long to not have seen one.

Maybe you have a yeast infection or try and drink cranberry juice or probiotics also you may have too much protein in you r urine.. I'd search more on it and see what anyone else says

I’m not sure where you live but you could go to urgent care, Planned Parenthood if one is near you or doctor of family medicine, internal medicine or an ob/gyn.
