I eat a good amount (toast & jam) in breakfast, but not any other time of the day , unless for food a little. I also don't eat any other fried/excessively fatty foods. I do take 10% cream tho with coffee once a day

Eating butter every day in small amounts as part of a balanced diet is not necessarily bad.
Butter is a source of saturated fat, which in excess can increase the risk of heart disease and other health problems.
However, butter is also a source of vitamin A, vitamin D, calcium, and other important nutrients.
Additionally, some studies suggest that the saturated fat in butter may not be as harmful as previously thought, and that other dietary and lifestyle factors may play a larger role in heart health.
In general, it is recommended to consume butter in moderation and in combination with a healthy, balanced diet, which includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats in adequate amounts.
As with any food, it is important to consider individual nutritional needs and to consult with a health professional if you have any specific dietary concerns.
It is natural. A little butter isn't bad, a lot of butter can have some long term problems.
Not really. I guess have a look at yourself in the mirror and see if you look healthy and take note of how you're feeling healthwise
