I love peanut butter. By moderation I mean eating two tablespoons.
I would say no as peanut butter has A LOT OF FATS in it. Although its good fats, its still a lot for ones system to digest after one meal. Let alone everyday so I would spread that out with other types of foods if you can. The fat in the peanut butter is most likely the reason behind your love for it. Since our bodies have been conditioned to crave fats and carbohydrates for good reason but still in moderation.
Saying as someone who is a sucker for ice cream, especially if its triple chocolate and just got sad last night after I devoured my last bit of mine and cursed myself for not ordering a second during my last grocery run. 😂
correction: Our body is conditioned to crave " fat and sugar"
Sometimes nothing tastes better than creamy peanut 🥜 butter! Eat it off of a spoon. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, peanut butter 🍪 cookies (my favorite to bake from scratch with extra peanut butter in the dough). Peanut butter on celery sticks, peanut butter on toast or crackers, and the list goes on! Enjoy it!
For you yes 2 tablespoons are enough, you could literally eat as much as you want as long as you don't pass your weight maintenance amount of calories, like for example right now I'm bulking (gainingweight) for the next 6 months, I'm gonna be eating jars of peanut butter weekly and it's gonna be a good thing
Yes but 2 TBS. Would be the maximum daily recommended amount. It is high in protein and magnesium but peanuts themselves contained some saturated fat which in higher quantities is not that good for you.
Okay don't forget to watch your sodium intake so many people now don't seem to have a clue how bad it is for you and just how much is in most foods, especially dast food and the plant based meat substitutes.
Definitely a typical sub sandwich has close to 1500mg of sodium which is a lot when the recommended daily intake is to not exceed 2000mg.
I haven't checked a tuna sub but it's probably not as bad as a sub with cold cuts
A Subway 12" tuna sub has 1160mg of sodium.

I buy the stuff that has zero to little sugar added to it.. I avoid sugar and salt for dietary reasons and I feel great after a workout then diving in a tub of peanut butter. They have some fancy ones out there with protein added to it too..
At Whole Foods, you can grind your own peanut butter up.. all natural organic.. too much sugar makes me nauseous so I have no problem with this..
I add honey to mine, cinnamon.. I eat it with fruit lol
Heat up like 4 tablespoons for 20 seconds.. it helps me blend it. Sometimes a drop of extra virgin olive oil
I know, im weird! š¹
Everything is better in moderation but I dont think I have that level of self control with peanut butter, its literally one of my favorite things to consume.
This reminds me of an Adam Sandler song.
A gobble gobble here and a gobble there...
You can turkey in your under... wear...
Have all the peanut butter you can afford.
Iād look carefully at the nutrition panel cuz some brands add a lot of sugar to their peanut butter and thatās generally not good. Otherwise, PB is pretty good for you and delicious!
Why would anyone care about peanut butter amounts...
Oh yeah I've heard of that. Some guy told me to eat peanut butter to gain weight LOL...
yes, it should be...
as long as it is not too much, it should be alright
especially if it makes you happy
Yes, itās fairly OK, as long as itās made of whole unsalted unroasted organic peanuts with no foreign additives. Still, eating just whole fruits is way healthier.
Peanut butter is very healthy. High in protein, low in fat and it tastes good too.
There are much worse things to eat. You might look into a brand that uses fewer fillers and emulsifiers.
Yeah sounds fine to me. I sometimes eat that too
Sure, but I eat mine in a Reeseās peanut butter cups lol
Yes, peanut butter is a good source of protein
I am on a planned diet. Am allowed two tablespoons of peanut butter a day. Being one of my weaknesses. I donāt eat any at the moment!
Are you kidding peanut butter is great. It's loaded with protein. I pretty much eat everyday. Apples n' peanut butter is one of my favorite snacks.
maybe. but do not buy ready-made products sold in the market. Peanut Butter can be made easily at home
If itās good peanut butter eat all you want. The sugary stuff is fkn trash
Sure. Especially if you eat natural peanut butter. It's a great source of protein.
Sure
But you can't eat Peanut Butter M and M's every single day. You'll get sick
Yes sure but try to
take two back to back days off
That doesn't sound moderate to me. That sounds like an addiction.
possible. When you do sports, you can throw away the excess things in the body.
I am 72, I eat Peanut Butter every day for 60+ years...
Peanut 🥜 everyday for me is awesome. So @Cherry234 you do enjoy it as you cAn.
Peanut butter and jelly?
I guess. Until you become allergic.
Thanks for like!
Consuming something on regular basis can eventually make us allergic to it
Yes it is, and it's good for you
I don't see anything wrong with it.
Why wouldn't it be?
Unless you have a mouth like a dog, sure.
They make a pb 2 peanut butter powder
No. I don't think so. It's warm.
As long as you're not allergic to peanuts, yes.
Damn skippy you can
Canāt get enough.
That's not moderation, lol.
