How many push ups can you do at once?

Right now I can do about 25, though I haven't tried a max lately so maybe as many as 35?
When I was training previously I could do around 50 in one go, and was averaging around 500 a day. These days I am slacking on the push up game, but if I put my mind to it I could probably still come close to doing 500 in one day. I would just be really sore the next few days. A more reasonable daily goal would be 250 right now. (and probably still a bit sore)

I also tend to start doing reverse incline (feet elevated) or knuckle pushups once I get to 40 at a time. It saves time from doing more just by adding more weight to the arms.
Probably about 10 at the moment. But there's no point in asking this question because it is highly variable depending on how people perform them.
I do them on parallettes (added range of motion and stretch at the bottom), go super slow controlled down and up, touch my nose on the floor, and stretch at the top, with no sagging hips or lower back.
The cheaty way most people do them probably about 30.
excellent point, I have seen people even in "push up competitions" using terrible form.
@zeitgeist057 Same applies to pullups.
10 pullups doesn't sound too impressive but it is if the person is doing them properly.
I doubt very much if I could do 5 now. I had spinal surgery a while back. That put a damper on what physical activities I can do.
I can do series of 30 with rest in between. My max in one series is 60, but then I am dead.
Amazing for a woman

No idea... I got to 100 just so I didn't have to worry about the physical tests. When I'd take the tests I'd just knock out 100 and I was done... I still had the situps and the run to do, so... I never really tried to do more.
No matter how hard I try, I can only ever do one at a time. If I try to do two at once I get all tangled up.
It’s too bad, because it takes a lot longer to do all those push-ups in a row. If I could do them at once like you do…
I can only do one at a time (at once). But depending on the day and my health I can do many in one session.
25-30 as I'm mediocre shape. it's easier with my body type.
As you can see my arms are fairly weak so I struggle to do even 1 but I don't care about having strong biceps and triceps. I am not trying to compete with the athletes.
You don't do any physical activity such as gym or yoga?
Last time I tried was just before Christmas challenging my dad and I hit somewhere in the 60's I think. Most I've ever done was in the 80's but I reckon my form was bollocks
I can do around 30 but my shoulder really hurts when I do them.
In one set 15 for now. My aim is at least 35 by the time summer starts.
Currently I max out at 60. But I think I can add more if I just stay consistent and keep pushing myself.
One at once, but I can do around 100 in a row.
