What should I be looking for a therapist to fix the bat rabies fear?

Also was this video more about fear mongering trying to sell you a service than anything else. The fact that it said that bats can get in and out of the house without anyone knowing kinda freaked me out.

On a serious note, I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and I remember one of my professors talking about systematic desensitization as an effective way to treat phobias.


If your condition is very severe you can try looking for therapists around your local area that specialize in curing phobias, as every therapist has a specialty that they are best at.


As some reassurance though, rabies vaccines are 100% effective. So if you ever were bitten, there is already a cure that is readily available.
