It's completely normal to feel tired or fatigued during your period, and it's okay to take a break from your usual workout routine if you need to. It's important to listen to your body and honor your needs during this time.
That being said, some light exercise can actually help alleviate cramps, bloating, and other symptoms associated with menstruation. Gentle activities, such as yoga or walking, can be a good way to stay active while also giving your body the rest it needs.
If you're feeling guilty about not working out during your period, try to reframe your mindset. Your body is going through a natural process, and taking a break can actually be beneficial for your overall health and well-being. Focus on self-care activities, such as taking a warm bath or practicing meditation, to support your body and mind during this time.
Remember, everyone's experience with menstruation is different, and it's important to honor your body's individual needs and limitations. Don't push yourself too hard, and be gentle and compassionate with yourself during this time.
Yes i work out doing that time of the month, exercising actually helps you feel better after alist for me I don't know about other women but most of the time you will feel better but don't over work yourself do a little :)
