Low vitamin D3 (+K2), low magnesium. Or it could be any number of other things. Low iodine (+ selenium) too. Doctors make a living from you being sick.. not sure why people think they want to cure you. The best thing to do would be to get key minerals to a sufficient level and then take it from there.

Yeah generally the meds they give me just make me worse or give other symptoms 😭

Rest and elevate the painful area. Alternate between ice packs to reduce inflammation and heat to improve blood flow. Soak in a warm bath with Epsom salts or take a warm shower. Take over-the-counter pain relievers (aspirin, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, naproxen).

You didn't really state a lot of information. Are you at least at a healthy weight, exercise a few days a week, and eat fruits and veggies everyday? If it's a no to any of those then you gotta start taking care of yourself.

I’ve been to lots. Doctors don’t really know so I wanna see if anybody else figured out their own shit.
I mean I had a period before where suddenly I’d have blood clots the size of dates and bleed for three months straight; “oh that’s normal.” 😂 if you have a real problem that isn’t super common and easy to diagnose you’d know what I’m talking about cuz that’s basically my life. Anytime I do get answers I have to do all the research and request for testing myself.
I guess I was more hoping for solutions. It’s probably an incurable autoimmune disease like fiber myalgia or smthn but there’s not much doctors do except “suck it up” so I guess I was looking for insight.
I don’t really understand why you’re commenting as if I haven’t been to 10 different doctors in the past three years.

I’m commenting because I had very little info to go off of based on your question. If you have not learned why you are Sick then I can’t help you as I’m not a doctor. But if you add those details to your question and someone has experienced what you have then they may answer
