Why am I so tired at the end of the year?

The end of the year can be an exhausting time for most people. You’ve survived another year, and sometimes all of the stress from the year can hit you all at once, especially when you reflect on what you’ve done in this year. Some people also feel tired because they have to interact with family during Christmas, often bad family members that you don’t see often.

I've currently got a cold. It's annoying but I always seem to get one around this time of year.

I guess it's the body processing a lot of junk as we allow ourselves to relax and aren't in the constant doing mode.
