Maybe you've been getting a lot of disturbed sleep? I notice that my quality of sleep matters a lot. If part of my mind keep waking up because of sound, then it will interrupt the healing processes.

Shit sleep schedule, bad diet, not enough physical work, maybe you're the type who needs to nap for an hour, or maybe you're just not busy enough to where you you're laying down too much. It can be a lot of factors involved and not even just one.

Depending on where you live it could be the heat! I’m usually exhausted in the late summer after too much Sun. Another possibility is dehydration, be sure you drink enough water.
