Life is exhausting and hard. And it’s only getting worse. People have obligations and hobbies that exhaust them. Jobs demand more time and effort from their employees which is physically and mentally exhausting. Cost of living keeps increasing so finances are a huge stressor that results in lost sleep and a general overall exhaustion that you struggle to cope with.
