What is the longest and shortest time you have waited for your doctor? and what did you do to the whole time you waiting?

Shortest would be a couple of minutes. Longest would be hours. That was in an emergency room where my vitals were taken by nurses, then I was taken for x-rays, then lab work was done, then I was checked into a room. The doctors were being kept appraised and directing these actions. Once in the room I would be staying in, I was seen by various doctors.

The longest time was probably nearly an hour and the shortest was literally right away. I usually read or listen to music while waiting.

Waited in emergency room for hours once after passing out. I felt like walking out and should have, it would have saved me a lot of grief.
