Does stress effect menstruation cycle from your experience?

If its just a day thats stressful normally not. Some days or even a longer stressful time can delay the period or in some cases skip it completly.

Its hard to say how much stress does what exactly, but me with a pretty heavy and painful period, would always choose my period over that stresslevel.

Just get her a pregnancy test so you can both stop worrying.

Stress has made me skip over a month.

The stress from being afraid I might be pregnant probably made it 5x worse.
